This appeal preferred by the Appellant against the order dated 15/11/2017 passed in IA No.1597 of 2017 in S.A. No.315 of 2017 wherein Learned DRT has dismissed the IA.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant fairly conceded that the appeal has become infructuous as S.A. No.315 of 2017 has been disposed of by the Learned DRT on 28/08/2018. Since S.A. has been decided accordingly this Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that process of settlement between the party is pending.
Accordingly, the appeal, being Appeal No. 21 of 2018, stands dismissed as infructuous.
Pending I.A.s, if any, also stand closed.
Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
