This is an application seeking direction to the DRT to dispose of the S.A. in a time-bound manner. Respondents have been served but none has put in appearance.
Heard. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, DRT is directed to take up the matter on the next date of hearing and decide the S.A. in accordance with law. If, for the reason of heavy board or any other pressing reason, DRT is unable to decide the case on that date, it shall take up the S.A. at the earliest and dispose of the same.
With the above direction the application is disposed of.
