This is an application seeking to implement and give effect to the earlier order dated 30.03.2022 passed by this Appellate Tribunal and DRT-I, Delhi be directed to take up and decide S.A. No. 322/2018 on the next date of hearing and in any case within a time bound manner as the keys of the mortgaged property are lying with Ld. DRT-I, Delhi since 22.11.2018.
Heard. Since, Ld. PO, DRT-Allahabad is having the additional charge of DRT-I, Delhi, therefore, at this stage no direction for disposal in a time-bound manner can be passed. However, Ld. PO, DRT-I, Delhi is requested to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, the present miscellaneous application is disposed of.
