This matter is coming up by way of Praecipe dated 21.04.2022 filed by the Appellant for hearing on M.A. No. 16/2021 i.e. application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant with this Tribunal by virtue of Section 21 of the RDDB&FI Act.
Appeal is already disposed of and hence application for withdrawal of the amount of pre-deposit together with interest accrued thereon is allowed and the amount of pre-deposit is permitted to be withdrawn.
The said amount shall be released to Appellant No.5, as rest of the Appellants have agreed that the said amount be released in favour of Appellant No.5 who is Power of Attorney Holder for all of them.
Hence, the amount in deposit along with accrued interest thereon shall be released by the Registrar in favour of Appellant No.5 under proper acknowledgement.
