This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
The Ld. Counsel Mr. Pallav Saxena submits that representation has been given by the appellant and let the competent authority of the respondent bank be directed to take appropriate decision on the same at the earliest.
Heard. Despite direction passed by this Tribunal vide order dated 26.08.2022, Mr. Anuj Kumar Sood, Chief Manager of the respondent bank has failed to appear before this Tribunal and stated to be travelling which tantamounts to be disregard of the direction of this Tribunal. In these circumstances, let General Manager of the respondent bank appear in person along with appropriate decision on the aforesaid representation of the appellant as per norms on the next date of hearing.
List this matter for 16.01.2023 for hearing.
