This is an appeal against the impugned order dated 03.06.2022. The Ld. Counsel for appellant has challenged the impugned order and submitted that Ld. PO, DRT-I, Delhi ought not to have granted the status quo till the next date.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 has yet to file its reply in the present case. The next date before the Ld. DRT is 14.10.2022. The Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that his prayer is limited to the extent that Ld. DRT should decide the appeal expeditiously.
