Learned counsel for Appellant is ready for hearing. The main submission of the Respondent is that there is matter pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan and he fervently submitted that every attempt is made for settling the dues to the satisfaction of the Bank. So far as the offer made for settlement has not been upto the satisfaction of the Bank because the Bank says there is huge dues of about Rs.26 Crores from the Respondents, but the offer made is only a pittance, therefore, the same not getting through.
However, I am of the view one more opportunity be granted to the Respondents to settle the dues by giving a more attractive offer. Post on 27.05.2022 for hearing.
On that date this Misc. Appeal would be heard finally. No further adjournment will be granted. Prior to that Respondents are given an opportunity to file reply, if any, by giving advance copy to other side.
