On the last date of hearing, i.e. 13.07.2022, it was observed by this Tribunal that the appellant had not made the pre-deposit and the matter was adjourned for today with liberty to the appellant to approach this Tribunal for early hearing of the appeal as soon as it makes the pre-deposit. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Pre-deposit has also not been made by the appellant.
The appeal is, however, dismissed in default today.
