The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe dated 27.04.2022 filed by Appellants.
Respondent No.1 appeared through its officer and seeks time to file objection to the application for stay made by the Appellant stating that there was stay till today as ordered by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur.
In view of the fact that the Bank has received only a short notice regarding filing of this Appeal, some time needs to be granted and objections, if any, shall be filed within a week.
