This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. A recovery certificate has been issued by the DRT for a sum of Rs.18,66,175/- as on 28.09.2018. Appellant has not made any pre-deposit for the entertainment of this appeal. Consequently, this appeal has become not entertainable.
Appeal is dismissed as not entertainable for want of compliance of predeposit. In case appellant makes pre-deposit, the appeal will be taken up on application to be moved by the appellant for the revival of the appeal.
