Learned counsel for appellant submits that vide order dated 21.07.2022 this Tribunal had directed the learned DRT to hear the matters before it on 29.07.2022, the date already fixed, and decide the same preferably within a month, but the learned DRT has not decided the matter till now. She prays for issuing direction to decide the matter in a time-bound manner.

Heard. Learned DRT is requested to hear the matters pending before it and decide all issues preferably within 15 days from the next date of hearing.
With this direction, appeals are disposed. However, appellant is given liberty to approach this Tribunal for revival of these appeals in case the DRT does not hear and decide the matters within the given period.
