The Appellant has filed I.A. No. 222/2022 for substituting the Appellant Dena Bank which has merged with Bank of Baroda.
Respondent No. 1 has no objection.
Hence, the application is allowed and Appellant Dena Bank shall be substituted with Bank of Baroda.
The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
Post on 14.07.2022 before Registrar for carrying out the amendment.
