Learned counsel appearing for Appellant submits that he has to take steps for substitution of Respondent No.2 Bank which has merged with Canara Bank.
There was already a direction to the Appellant vide Order dated 25.04.2022 to take steps in this regard. No further time will be given to complete the steps since the matter is pending since 2013.
