Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this appeal has become infructuous, as the possession of the property has been taken over and, therefore, this appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn.
Learned counsel further states that the appellants had deposited certain amount towards pre-deposit. He prays for release of the same in favour of the appellants.
Heard. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
Let the Registry release the pre-deposit amount, along with up-todate interest accrued thereupon, to the appellants within 10 days.
