This matter is taken up on mentioning by the counsel for the appellants, as the Hon’ble Delhi High Court vide its order dated 13.04.2022 passed in W.P(C) 6081/2022 had directed the appellants to present themselves before this Tribunal and directed this Tribunal to take up this matter today itself.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Hon’ble Delhi High Court vide order dated 13.04.2022 has directed the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.25 lacs by 19.04.2022 and has ordered status quo as regards the possession of the subject secured asset in the interregnum. Counsel for the appellant further states that the appellant has deposited total amount of Rs.25 lacs on 13.04.2022 and 18.04.2022.
