All the learned counsel for the parties make a request that the DRT may be requested to dispose of the S.A. No.123/2022 pending before it within 30 days. They further undertake that they will complete the pleadings within 15 days from today.

In view of the submissions, the learned DRT-I, Delhi is requested to dispose of the S.A. No.123/2022 within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. Let the pleadings by the parties be completed within 15 days from today.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 FI states that in view of above, the respondent FI will not take possession of the property in question till the disposal of the S.A. pending before the DRTI, Delhi.
