This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing on being mentioned by the learned counsel that possession of the property is going to be taken over tomorrow, i.e. 16.12.2022.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has deposited 25% pre-deposit.
Let notice on the application for waiver of pre-deposit (I.A. No.860/2022) and in the appeal be issued to the respondents by all permissible modes for 16.12.2022. Notice in the appeal is, however, subject to the decision to be taken on the waiver application after hearing the opposite counsel also.
