This is an appeal against the order dated 19.09.2022 passed by the learned DRT, whereby ex parte ad interim order has been passed directing the concerned CEO/ Chairman/ MD/ Principal Officer/ GM operations of all scheduled banks to attach all accounts including FD, TD and lockers of borrower/ guarantor with particulars of PAN number of the defendants 1 to 6 and to file details of all accounts including lockers along with copy of account statements in respect of all accounts. Learned senior counsel for the respondent bank states that appellants have filed an application with similar prayers which have been taken in the present appeal, before the learned DRT. The learned counsel for the appellants states that the learned DRT is not taking up the said application, stating that the reliefs sought are not urgent. He states that the matter has now been listed before the learned DRT for 20.01.2022 and the learned DRT be directed to take up the matter at an early date and decide the application of the appellant on urgent basis.

Heard. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the learned DRT is requested to take up the application filed by the appellant on 15.12.2021, and if not possible to take up the same on the said date, then take it up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 15 days thereafter. Parties are directed to appear before the learned DRT on 15.12.2021.
