This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.

The appellants have filed the instant appeal against the order dated 19.09.2022 passed by the learned DRT-II, Delhi, whereby all the reliefs prayed as per para 7 of the O.A. have been allowed. The learned counsel for the appellants states that at present he is pressing for urgent interim relief of vacation of the restraint order in respect of prayer (r) of interim reliefs sought in para 7 of the O.A, which runs as under:-

“(r) Pass an ex parte ad interim order restraining Defendant No. 2 to 4 from leaving the country without the prior permission of this Hon’ble Tribunal”

The learned cousnel for the appellants states that the appellants intend to go abroad (Thailand) to attend a marriage on 17^th of this month and will return in five days thereafter.

Learned senior counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. He, however, states the appellants be directed to place on record of this Tribunal all information regarding their travel and they be also d irected to inform this

Tribunal when they have returned back from Thailand. Learned senior counsel for the appellants submits that he will place on record the appellants’ itinerary and copy of the air tickets and the appellants will also inform this Tribunal when they return from Thailand.

Learend Sr. counsels for the parties state that above prayer and submissions made by them are without prejudice to their rights and contentions in the present appeal.

In view of above, the prayer of the appellants for interim relief for travel to Thailand as prayed for is allowed. Let the appellants, namely, Mrs. Rumjhum Chatterjee and Mr. Vinayak Chatterjee, place on record their itinerary and copies of the air tickets today itself.
