This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
The Ld. Counsel for respondent bank seeks time to file reply as stated that appeal has been received day before yesterday only.
The Ld. Counsel for appellant states that as per information 26 rooms of the premises in question were sealed however, the respondents have broken the locks and the seal, thus committed contempt and therefore he requests for appointment of a Local Commissioner.
The Ld. Counsel for respondents states that application for de-sealing the property in question is pending before Ld. DRT, therefore, there is no question of de-sealing the property and breaking open of the locks by the respondents. However, the Ld. Counsel for respondents has no objection to the appointment of a Local Commissioner in this regard.
