This is an application filed by the appellant for extension of order dated 26.08.2022.
The Ld. Counsel for appellant stated that this Tribunal vide order dated 26.08.2022 directed the Ld. DRT, Jaipur not to hear final arguments till the next date of hearing and matter was listed to 28.09.2022. She further submits that on 28.09.2022 the matter could not be taken up due to administrative reasons and the matter was adjourned to 11.01.2023 for the same purpose but inadvertently interim relief was not extended.
Heard. It is clarified that interim order granted by this Tribunal vide order dated 26.08.2022 will continue till the next date. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
List the matter for 11.01.2023 as the date already fixed.
