This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Appellant has moved the instant appeal for setting aside the order dated 31.05.2022, ordering continuation of status quo order dated 03.03.2021 by the learned DRT. The learned counsel for the appellant states that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned DRT to decide the S.A. at an early date in a time-bound manner.
Heard. The next date before the learned DRT is stated to be 21.11.2022. The learned DRT is directed to take up the matter on the said date. If for any reason the DRT is unable to take up the matter on the said date, then it be taken up immediately thereafter, and be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The appellant is at liberty to approach this Tribunal again if there is any delay in the disposal of the case.
With the above direction, the appeal is disposed of.
File be consigned to the record room.
