This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
This is an appeal against the order passed by Ld. DRT rejecting prayer of the appellant for extension of time for payment of OTS amount.
Heard. The Ld. counsel for appellant has to cross the hurdle of predeposit. He, however, voluntarily states that he will make pre-deposit of 25% of the amount due and will move an application for waiver of rest of the amount.
