The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he had filed a writ petition (No.2320/2022) against the impugned order dated 25.10.2021 before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and vide its order dated 08.02.2022 the Hon’ble Court has stayed the impugned order. He states that the next date before the Hon’ble High Court is 10.05.2022.
