Ld. Counsel for the Respondent states that the property has been auctioned for a sum of Rs. 8 Crores(Approximately) whereas the debt due was approximately Rs. 6,05,00,000/-.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that there was an agreement to sell between him and the auction purchaser. He further states that he will file documents on record within three days.
