This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned senior counsel Mr. Amit Chadha states that S.A. is pending before DRT-I, Delhi and has been listed for 10.5.2022. He prays that direction may be given to the DRT for disposal of the S.A. on the said date. Let the Tribunal below hear the learned counsel for parties on the S.A. on the next date of hearing and if it is not possible to do so on the said date due to heavy board or other urgent pressing matters, then at the earliest possible date.
Mr. Dobhal, Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that that he has already filed his written submissions in the S.A. Heard. The said written submissions, no doubt, will be considered by the Tribunal.
