The record shows that I.A. No. 278/2022 has been filed for expediting the hearing of the matter, I.A. No. 364/2022 has also been filed for expediting the matter and I.A. No. 365/2022 has been filed for granting the interim relief.
In view of the second urgency application being I.A. No. 364/2022 filed by the appellant, the first urgency application being I.A. No. 278/2022 has become infructuous, therefore, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, who has filed the present I.A. No. 364/2022 with a prayer to expedite the hearing of the present appeal in view of the order passed by the learned DRT, Jabalpur in O.A. No. 1441/2019 - Punjab National Bank Vs. Sunil Sahani & Ors. for returning the original title deed, unless the interim order is passed by this Tribunal. It is contended that the present appeal is listed on 27.09.2022. It is further contended that the learned DRT, Jabalpur has fixed the date as 21.09.2022 for orders.
Accordingly, list this case on 20.09.2022 for hearing on interim relief.
