Miscellaneous Appeal No. 119/2022
This is an appeal filed against the impugned order dated 11.05.2022 passed by Ld. DRT-I, Delhi vide which status quo was granted on the S.A. filed by respondent no.1.
Ld. Counsel for appellant states that if direction is issued to Ld. DRT to dispose of the pending SA as expeditiously as possible, the purpose of filing the present miscellaneous appeal will stand satisfied.
Heard. The Ld. DRT-I, Delhi is directed to take up S.A. No. 150/2021 on the next date of hearing, if it is not possible to take up the matter on the said date, then to take it up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
With the above directions, the appeal stands disposed of.
