Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that appellant has failed to make predeposit. However, he submits that appellant will deposit the same in near future at the earliest.
Heard. Since the appeal cannot be entertained without pre-deposit, it is disposed of with the observation that as soon as the appellant makes the predeposit, he may approach this Tribunal for revival of the appeal by moving an appropriate application so that the matter can be taken up at the earliest thereafter.
The date already fixed i.e. 18.10.2022 stands cancelled.
