This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing on being mentioned by the Ld. counsel for the appellant of the urgency.

This is an application moved for early hearing of the matter which is fixed for 18.10.2022.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that appeal may be heard at an early date for the reason that Ld. DRT-II, Chandigarh is proceeding with the matter despite the fact that an application had been moved for amendment of the SA, which was disallowed and the appeal against the said order is pending before this Tribunal.
Ld. counsel for the appellant states that as per the demand notice u/s 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, an amount of Rs. 1.60 crore approx. is due and out of which Rs. 10 lakhs has already been deposited by him with the bank. Ld. counsel for the appellant, after seeking instructions from his client, volunteers to deposit 25% of the same on or before 04.08.2022.
In view of the above, list the matter on 04.08.2022.
