The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that a third party had filed a claim petition which stood dismissed and confirmed in the Appeal and the Writ Petition preferred on that Appeal order is coming up for hearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay and would have the same bearing on these two Appeals and, hence, an adjournment is sought on that ground.
