None has appeared for appellant. None has been appearing earlier also on behalf of the appellant. Ld. counsel for the respondent states that the appellant has come up in appeal against the interim order dated 24.02.2021, which has become infructuous for the reason that the auction which was scheduled to be held on 26.02.2021 has failed as no bid was received.
Be that as it may, in view of non-appearance of the appellant, the appeal is dismissed in default.
