Perusal of the order dated 12.08.2021 shows that the notices were issued to the respondents and the appellant was granted time for taking steps, but office report dated 11.03.2022 reveals that no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant and delay condonation application is also pending. Let steps be taken within two weeks as per order dated 12.08.2021. Affidavit of service be filed by the next date.
