The office report dated 14.09.2022 shows that there is no proof of service of notice upon the respondents, as affidavit of service, which has been filed, does not have any tracking report to authenticate the service upon the respondents.
The record further reveals that no proof of publication with regard to the service of notice upon the respondent no. 4 has been filed and neither A.D. Card nor envelops have returned back with regard to the respondents no. 1, 2 & 3. The waiver application is pending consideration.
Since the appeal pertains to the year 2018, let the appellant take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken within 15 days. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
