Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
The present urgency application being I.A. No. 70/2022 has been filed with the allegation that an ex-parte order has been obtained by the respondent-Bank from the D.M., Etah for 7 properties of the applicant, out of which the possession of two properties has already been taken and now the Bank is going to take physical possession of rest of the properties, therefore, the present urgency application has been filed.
However, no record has been filed by the applicants to show that any notice has been issued by any of the respondentBank’s authorities for taking physical possession of the remaining properties. If any notice has been issued by the Bank, the same be filed by the learned counsel for the appellant on or before the next date so that appropriate order may be passed.
List this case on 17.05.2022 for hearing on interim relief.
