An interim application being I.A. No. 97/2022 has been filed by Shri Rakesh Mishra, Advocate for impleading the Auction Purchaser namely Dinesh Golechha.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that he has no objection, if the said application is allowed, because the auction purchaser is a necessary party.
In view of the submissions made as above, the impleadment application is allowed and the auction purchaser namely Dinesh Golechha be arrayed as respondent no. 2 in the present appeal. Let the necessary amendment in the array of parties of memo be made by the next date.
