Present: Shri Ashok Pandey, counsel for the appellant,
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed the present application on the ground that the matter was fixed thrice before the Tribunal below, but the matter has not been decided. The next date fixed in the case is 15.04.2022. It is prayed that direction be issued to the DRT, Lucknow that the said matter be decided on the date already fixed.
In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the DRT, Lucknow is directed to consider the matter, if possible, on the next date fixed.
