Received an application under section 18(1) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security interest Act,2002,presented by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Nemani Srinivas.
Scrutiny of the application observed the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of M/s. Krishna Enterprises rep. by its Payal Damani against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Hyderabad, order dated 07-7-2021 in IA/41,42,43& 44/ 2021 arising out of SA/84/2020. Application fees of Rs.205/- vide T.R. no.115174 dt.09-08-2021 has been paid along with the application.
