No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. As per Demand notice dated 18.12.2019. The Bank dues was Rs. 10,62,83,307=00plus Interest (Page No. 102-106 of the instant appeal) in S.A. No. 450/2018. It has been mentioned in the Waiver Application that appellant had deposited Rs. 3,28,70,730/- on different dates. Further the appellant deposited Rs. 10 lacs on the order passed by DRT, Patna in the S.A 83/2020. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.

The instant Application has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 01.09.2022 of DRT, Patna in S.A. No. 83/2020. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 540/2022), Waiver Application (I.A. No. 541/2022) have been filed.
