As per the judgment in the O.A. 190/2018 recovery certificate was issued for amount of Rs. 23,32,629/=80P as on 30.11.2017+Interest (Page 14 to 20 of the instant appeal). It has been stated in the Waiver Application that the Bank has concealed the material fact that Rs. 21,44,227=00 was already deposited on 14.07.2016 and there is no due on the date of filing of Original Application. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against final order dated 21.04.2022 of DRT, Patna in O.A. No. 190/2018. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 436/2022), Delay Condonation Application (I.A. No. 435/2022) has been filed.
