Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has filed his objection/reply after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant, who may file rejoinder by the next date.
Issue notices to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that in the connected Appeal Dy. No. 275/2022, the interim order has already been passed on 14.06.2022 and the next date fixed is 04.01.2023, therefore, the present appeal may also be clubbed and listed along with the aforementioned appeal.
