Heard both sides on the M.A. No. 458/2011 i.e. application for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal. The impugned order is dated 28.02.2011 and the Appeal was filed on 27.04.2011 thereby causing a delay of 14 days. No reply has been filed to this application for condonation of delay by the Respondents.
On going through the application and the accompanying Affidavit, I am satisfied that the delay has been properly explained. Hence application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The Appeal is already registered and numbered.
