- The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe filed on 21.09.2022 by the Appellants seeking urgent relief.
- The Respondent Bank appeared through Counsel and seeks time to file a reply.
- The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that he is willing to offer a sum of ₹25 Lakhs today and seeks an ad-interim stay of the taking over of the possession of the secured asset.
- The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that the amount that is due from the Appellant is more than ₹6 Crores. The amount offered is too meagre for considering the waiver of deposit and moreover, it is also submitted that the Respondent has been litigating since 2017 and does not require any sympathies for he has been protracting the matter.
