The I.A. No. 411/2022 is an application for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the Appeal.
The learned counsel holding for the counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the reply has been filed but it has not come on file although the learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he has received a copy of that reply.
The reasons stated in the application and the accompanying affidavit regarding the delay is sufficient and, I find no reason to decline the prayer for condonation of delay.
The I.A. No. 411/2022 is allowed and the Appeal at Diary No. 752/2022 shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
The Respondent is at liberty to file a reply on the Appeal within four weeks.
