This Appeal is filed impugning the order of the D.RT., Aurangabad in S.A. No. 124/2021 dated 19.02.2022.
The Appeal was filed only on 25.03.2022 with a delay of three days. The reason for the delay has been explained in the application and the accompanying affidavit.
The Appellant had filed the Appeal online but the hard copy could not be submitted and there was some delay. The Respondent has filed an objection opposing the prayer for condonation of delay in going through the facts and circumstances.
In this case, I find that there is no reason to decline the application for condonation of delay.
The application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
The Appeal shall be taken on file if there are no defects to be cured.
Post on 09.11.2022 for hearing before Registrar.
