I.A. No. 347/2022 is filed by the Appellant to extend the time granted by this Tribunal vide order dated 07.06.2022 to carry out the amendment bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Appellant No. 2 on record.
The amendment was directed to be carried out within two weeks.
The Appellant is a party in person and submits that because of illness, he was not able to carry out the amendment within the time stipulated. He, therefore, seeks an extension of time.
The application is allowed.
The amendment shall be carried out within a week from today. Post on 13.09.2022 before Registrar.
