There is a direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay based on the undertaking by the borrower, to pay a sum of Rs.25 Crores to the Bank within a period of four weeks from 19.07.2022. Hence the matter will be taken on 22.08.2022 for a hearing on I.A. No. 273/2022 and the prayer seeking a stay would also be determined.
Post on 22.08.2022 for hearing on I.A. No. 273/2022 i.e. application for waiver of pre-deposit.
The interim order shall continue till then.
