The Ld. counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that no rejoinder is being filed and she requests that the Appeal may be disposed of with a direction to the D.R.T., Pune to dispose of the S.A. itself on merits.
Under the circumstances, the Appeal is disposed of with the direction to D.R.T., Pune to dispose of the S.A. No. 203/2022 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order of this Tribunal. The order of stalling of the possession of the property shall be retained till the disposal of the S.A.
All Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous.
