Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want file any rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondentBank. He further submits that the question of pre-deposit has already been settled by the judgments of the Hon’ble Apex Court as well as the numerous High Courts. The learned counsel also submits that he shall give citation of the said judgments to the counsel for the respondents.
