As regards the defect regarding delay Ld. Counsel states that the impugned order was issued on 19.05.2022 and the instant appeal has been filed on line on 17.06.2022 hence, there is no delay. It is observed that proof of on line filing is available at page 113 of the appeal. Therefore, the instant appeal has been filed within time and there is no delay.
The condition of pre-deposit is not applicable as the appeal is filed against interim order passed in O.A..
The instant appeal has been filed against interim order dated 19.05.2022 passed by DRT, Lucknow in O.A. No. 426 of 2020.
